It's You!
This guy in Athens really seems familiar.
After checking up my photo album, it was confirmed that he was none other than one of the knights in the Osman Attack episode.
He was none other than Jean Parisot de la Valette. Who knew he would one day become the Grand Master of the Knights Hospitaller, and had a city name after him!
