It's Dayak

Again, I only recognized that the feather decorations belong to the Dayak people, one of the indigenous people in Sabah, Malaysia, after pronouncing the name a few times. Just like the batik.
Well, although in GVO this deco is unisex, just like the turban, in real world situation usually only males wear it. You can compare the photo with the one in GVO.

The female Dayak traditional dress is not available in GVO currently. However the Dayak warrior outfit is available. I didn't manage to have a photo session with a Dayak warrior. Please remind me to have one when I have my home connection back.
