Reload Dilemma

I could no longer reload through JoyPark. It seems that Softstar has banned all non-Taiwan released credit cards.

When I tried purchasing JoyCard instead of GVO specific cards, it now informed me that I've exceeded my credit card usage. How could this be when my last trial was a failure?!

Now that JoyPark is no longer available, two other options are:
a. Taiwan Gamebase
Pros:
- I already have a Gamebase account
- It's cheaper than Gamer's same item

Cons:
- Identication is needed through Identity Card/Passport

b. Taiwan Gamer
Pros:
- Identification is done through Taiwan handphone

Cons:
- I need to register an account
- It's a bit more expensive

Decision:
I think I'll confirm first that Gamebase indeed needs Identification Card identification. Else I need to recall who is a Taiwanese in my guild.

Update:
Scratch Gamebase. It seems that credit card could not be used.

Since Gamer Shopping is through So-Net, might as well go directly to So-Net.
