This Time It's Yoyo

Well, 天然路癡 has been asking when there will be a Yoyo. However this time I did not see the person face to face. Instead I found something he dropped. Again, this is a common name, but it is still not the most popular name in the Atlantic server. Anyone knows which name I'm talking about, or willing to make a guess? ;)
