English GVO Map and Payment Guide
Thanks to i88gerbils who has managed to translate the English GVO Map. He even added ports that were added to the recent Japanese version. ^_^ When the English version is finally out, this will be very, very useful.
Besides that, he even prepared an English guide on how to pay for your GVO Japan account using credit card through GameCity Japan.

Oh great I just noticed another typo I probably made at 2am. >_
s/Geneva/Genoa/
I always made that mistake awhile back, and it looks like when I'm tired I reverted back to it. Fixed now.
I seem to be missing a few more towns that were added in the April update to the Japanese version:
Bremen (Germany N. Europe), Visby (Sweden N. Europe), Benin (w.africa), Douala (Cameroon w. africa), and Malindi (Kenya e. africa).
It looks like I'll need to login to the game to get these on my map (except malindi b/c i don't have a current char for that area due to my laziness/non-participation).
Spelling mistakes for Arguin and Cape Verde. BTW, Peter Pan pointed out that Rwanda should be called Luanda instead. A brief search mentioned that both places are in Africa. Are they both the same?
oops. That's absolutely correct on Luanda & Arguin and very embarassing.
Cabo = Cape in Portugeuse. ;-)
Fixed.
