Taboo with Removing Members?
I'm just curious whether removing members from a team is a taboo internationally. I'm amazed to find out that Taiwan players don't really like removing a member from a team, even though that person has nothing to do with the team any more. For example, you accepted someone into your team temporarily to help with translation, or to get some free ride. Afterwards you let the person left the team himself, eventually. Is this just a phenomenon limited to Taiwan?

Do they still do that even when advertising for class change quests?
Not sure. I haven't join before. The ones that I introduced left pretty quick, or I just removed them.
For normal quests, I usually leave myself pretty quick, or I just disband the whole team. XD
I dont see anything wrong with that but disband the whole team is a no-no unless everyone agrees. Usually I'll just handover the captain privillege to someone else and leave the team.
