Softstar Limits Shouting
Starting 25 February 2006, Softstar will limit the shouting function.
- No repeat shouting and nation shouting within certain time frame
- Trial accounts may not use shouting and nation shouting
- Characters with less than total 15 levels may not use shouting and nation shouting
- Shouting and nation shouting will use 5 stamina point per shout
This may or may not combat the misuse of shout currently. I've long close off my shout and nation shout channels whenever I'm in North Europe and Mediterraneans. I just hope the normal channel will not get even more polluted.
