Searching Logic
If the item requires Searching level 2, if your search level is lower, then you can't find the item. If your search level is the same as the requirement, then you can find the item within a certain diameter of the item location.
So now, if your search level is higher than the requirement, will the diameter of discovery increase with proportion?
