Can You Connect?

Can you connect to the Taiwan servers? After I was disconnected, I could no longer connect to the server. It freezes at the version checking there. The servers seems working fine, and there is no complaints at Gamebase and Gamer. Any other victims?
Update:
If Gamebase is any indication, now I'm able to access it. So is the connection to Taiwan back to normal? Someone who is able to online please update me.
Update 2:
As of around noon, the connection is back to normal. The problem was caused by the congestion at the ISP gateway.

Weird, It was ok half an hour ago. I cant connect now
What's your IP? Mine starts with 60.xx.xx.xx.

blacklisted?
Dunno. I've been disconnecting and reconnecting my connection trying to get other IPs, but in vain.
Changing IP is not a good solution, besides my IP is dynamically stuck at 60.* for years. Can you email to their support department why is this IP class got banned & ask whether can it be unban?
FYI mine ranged between 60.48.* to 60.51.*
Wait! Its most likely not a problem from them. Can you connect to gamebase site? Could it be our ISP peering to TWGate was down or something? I'm still checking it out.
Connecting to Gamebase is very slow. (Still loading.}
BTW, my mail to them got bounced back. = =
We have blame our ISP for this, I cant even connect to twgate.net to check the peer status. UITM line (jaring) has no problem whatsoever.
The connection is back to normal
