Teaming Up
After a lot of teaming up, finally I managed to have more understanding on how teaming up works.
1. You may share your quests to the team just by changing the team captain.
2. Most quests could be shared if there is no prerequisite quests, nationalities limit or map limit.
3. You may not do the same quest in a row.
Now comes the parts that I learnt from experience.
4. The quest that is shared by the Captain will be listed as your Number One quest no matter what. The quest number will only remain the same if your quest list has the same quest as the Captain. So for those that have full five quests, your Number One quest will be overridden when your Captain receives a quest, no matter whether you have checked your quest list. So make sure that your Captain only receives a quest after you check out your own quest list.

As long as at least one person has the maximum prerequisites for a quest then you can suceed. Otherwise you have to team up. :) i would disagree on the map limit as if you have to enter the port, then you cannot complete the quest.
Maybe I should be clearer, the prerequisites here are prerequisite quests. XD
I think some quests do have map limit? For example you cannot do some buying stuff quests if you don't have the North Europe map.
