The Chronicles of Narnia
"The Chronicles of Narnia" is one of my favourite chronicles. Apart from watching the "the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe", I highly recommend reading the original work of C. S. Lewis.
My suggestion would be reading according to the writing sequence of C. S. Lewis, starting from ""the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe", then move to Book 1 "the Magician's Nephew", then Book3 and so on. My favourites are "the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" and "Prince Caspian".
By the way, there is a whole book about voyages and adventures, "the Voyage of the Dawn Treader".

オルファリル, one of the members of GAF company, may be using a bot. I spotted her sitting outside of Beirut. I usually call this the Beirut Navy. Players sit there and use skills. But maybe they are just sitting there really bored, using skills, but not moving? It is wierd to watch a ship not moving, sitting in-game using the same skill for hours at a time. Maybe the player's resilience is more than I have expected? Or maybe foul play?
Of course having a friend help you go from lvl 1 -7 merchant and 1-5 explorer in a 2 hours is not so great either. ^^;
灰色熊 is born!
Dont forget the cat, the maid, cupboards, the furnitures, the tables, ladder, chairs!!! lol
Yeah I haven't watch Narnia
Oppss I didn't to fill in my identity after preview button :D
i88gerbils, you started another new alternate? Is it the plump man model? XD
You betcha. :P
I also like the Narnia books. I just re-read them a couple of months ago. It was odd because when I was younger I did not really catch on to all the hints that C.S. Lewis dropped about God. Now every single one I picked up upon and I'm disappointed in the lack of subtely.
Still the books are amazing descriptions of a universe full of magic & adventure. It really is a great story because it takes the lives of several children and guides them through a difficult time in their lives. If there is anything that you should take it is to believe, to have faith, maybe not in a higher being, but in oneself. 自身を信じる is a romantic Japanese phrase meaning "Believe in yourself" or "have confidence" to accomplish your goals.
Do you know of any relations in Chinese literature or language? I am trying to think of any classical or modern Chinese stories that would be relatable to CS Lewis in that sort of message. Maybe Journey to the West?
For me, "Journey to the West" seems more like looping of "people got into trouble" + "go and save 'em". =_=" Interesting read none the less.
水滸傳 or maybe 封神榜? My Chinese literature reading list is not that long, can't really think of any other classic stories. XD
