Changing Class

Finally I've decided to change into a Fisherman and get the Sailing skill. My main purpose is just to get the skill so I just changed class, learnt the skill and changed back into a Merchant right away. But the experience points for my merchant's favored skills still got deducted into halves. T^T I had expected this, but it's still sad all the same.

So for the OB I'm going to get the Sailing skill as soon as possible! And now, sailing is a breeze. :D

I wonder if anyone is at the level where they can beat the Soldier class-change quest. I think the Explorer class is the easiest to change to as it really doesn't require much, but a fast ship. If you can make it from London to Lisbon within 30 days or less in your ship, then you don't need it. It helps to have an explorer tugging you along anyway.

The Merchant quest requires Accounting skill & the Soldier quest is just mean. That is if you are trying to change jobs early on like a cheapskate ^_^.

I am finally thinking of changing my class, but I kind of want to stay strictly as an Explorer. It's not wise, but I feel dirty changing.

Just get a soldier class friend to do all the dirty work while you wait your sweet victory in a corner :D

Is anyone powerful enough yet?

How many ships does a Soldier class-change quest need to fight? Actually I've heard someone shouted for members for a Soldier class-change quest, with a condition of not getting sunk yourself. Maybe that means he planned to do all the fighting himself?
