The Revolutionary Business of Multiplayer Gaming
J. William Gurley wrote a piece on The Revolutionary Business of Multiplayer Gaming published on 19 October 2004 by Above the Crowd.
Though dated almost a year ago, it still offers some interesting looks on how MMORPG has evolved. Many of the successful features still apply today. While MMOPRG may still be a niche business a year ago, I think it has come quite far today. It'd be interesting to see how far it'll reach a year from now.
