How to Register a JoyPark Account

Note: There is no more beta account distribution.

1. Go to here.

2. Click "Agree" to proceed.

3. Fill in the form.

Note:
- Your username must be between 4 to 20 characters length of case-sensitive alphabets and numbers only.
- Your password must be between 8 to 20 characters length of case-sensitive alphabets and numbers only.
- Your ID/Passport must be alphabets and numbers only. For non-Taiwanese, you could try with 8 to 10 characters length input.
- The mobile number field is optional
- For your address:
- First choose 台灣 (the original default radio button)
- Then for the first drop down list, choose the last option.
- For the second drop down list, choose the only option.
- Next change the radio button to the final choice 其他.
- Fill in the address field.
- The choices for the Education drop down list is: Primary, Junior High, Senior High, Vocational, Tertiary, Masters.
- The choices for the Job drop down list is: Student, IT/Tech, Finance/Commerce, Production/Manufacturing, Freelance/Homemaker, Military.

4. If your registration is successful, you will be shown the following message.
JoyPark Registration Successful

If your registration is rejected, check the error messages.
- Unmatched passwords will be automatically pointed to the cleared password field.
- Wrong username will have 4 to 20 in the error message.
- Try a new username or nickname.

5. Go to your mailbox and activate your account.

So the choices of your location are Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Other (the three radio buttons)? Asking just out of curiosity. Unfortunately I have no hard drive space to even think of downloading another 4gb for GVO.

Yes, the location choices are Taiwan, Hong Kong and Other. But somehow for "Other", you need to select the "other" inside Taiwan first.

For the installer, it's only 1.69G. Those that had played the Japanese version suspected that it's a strip down version of the Japanese's one. (Some managed to slipped in for some time.)

Yup. Since you can't read both Japanese and Chinese, joining either should be of no difference to you. But I'd still recommend highly that you join the Japanese's.
