IP Blocking?!

Well, I've been puzzled by not being able to log into my GF account previously. As what I've decided, I've asked a friend who is in Taiwan to help me to try. When he logged in using my username and password inside Taiwan, he was able to do so. But on the other hand, I, who am not inside Taiwan, could not do so at the same time.

So I could only conclude that Gameflier does stealthy IP blocking. (Steathy, because there is no such announcement anywhere.) ~><~ I could enter the game, visit the websites, but as soon as the password checking function is triggered, it is assumed that no such account existed. I am not sure of other overseas players, such as those from Hong Kong. However I've not heard of such cases on bullentin boards.

So in the end, I had to ask my friend to top up the points for me. I have been thinking whether I should continue with this game even when I would be able to buy the top up card online next time. Such inconvenience really puts me off.
